It was built from more than a decade of learning how our patterns are formed, how they live in the body, how much of what we carry didn't begin with us, and what actually changes when we stop simply understanding ourselves and start showing up differently.
I've had to do this work too.
I've learned what it means to recognize my own patterns, regulate my nervous system, trust what I intuitively know, release what I inherited, and make decisions that ask me to become someone I haven't been before.
And I've spent years doing the same work alongside women who were already self-aware, already committed to their growth, and ready to go deeper than awareness alone could take them.
