Why I Created This
I created Reignite Your Spark because I know what it feels like to go emotionally offline — to lose your voice, your softness, and the spark of who you are.
For years, I lived in a pattern of over-giving, performing, and disconnecting from my body. On the outside, I was doing all the “right” things. But inside, I felt numb, reactive, resentful, and so far from myself I didn’t even know where to begin. My healing didn’t happen through mindset work or pushing harder.
It happened when I learned how to feel again — in my body.
To regulate my nervous system. To release frozen emotions. To reclaim my energy as mine.
Now, this is the work I share.
Through somatic healing, energy work, and deep emotional support, I help women return to themselves — safely, slowly, and sustainably. Not just so they can function… but so they can feel free.
