1. Who we are

Services are provided by Jordana Rachelle through jordanarachelle.com. Our business is based in Canada. We serve clients in Canada, the United States, and internationally.

2. Nature of services

Jordana offers spiritual, intuitive, and personal-development services, including psychic readings, energy and ancestral healing, mentorship, and community membership. These services are for insight, education, and personal growth.

Our services are not medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency services. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area.

You are responsible for your own choices and actions. Any guidance received is not a guarantee of specific outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book or purchase paid services. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Session bookings (readings & reset sessions)

Sessions are scheduled through our booking system (Cal.com) and paid through Stripe. After payment, you receive confirmation with your private video session details.

Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled start time, subject to availability. Requests with less than 24 hours notice, missed sessions, and no-shows are treated as completed sessions and are not eligible for refund or credit.

If Jordana must reschedule due to an emergency, she will provide as much notice as possible and offer a new time.

You agree to join from a private, quiet space where you can participate fully and confidentially.

5. Programs, payment plans & memberships

Programs such as Homecoming, Reignite Your Spark, and The Homecoming Collective may include fixed payment plans or recurring subscriptions. Pricing, inclusions, and commitment length are described on the relevant program page at the time of purchase.

The Homecoming Collective requires a 6-month minimum membership. After that period, you may cancel future billing according to the instructions provided at checkout or in your welcome materials.

If you leave a mentorship program such as Reignite Your Spark before your commitment period ends, an early-cancellation fee equal to one (1) additional monthly payment applies, as stated on the program page. Amounts you have already paid are non-refundable. You are not liable for the full remaining balance of the program, and you may not treat unpaid future installments as damages owed or seek recovery of the full advertised program price because you chose to stop participating.

Community access (including Mighty Networks) is a benefit of eligible programs. You agree to participate respectfully and not to share private community content outside the group without permission.

6. Payments & pricing

Prices are shown in USD or CAD based on your region and are processed securely through Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount shown at checkout, including any approved payment plan or subscription schedule.

Promotional codes or regional pricing apply only when valid and displayed at checkout.

7. Cancellations & refunds

All bookings, programs, payment-plan installments, and membership fees are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law that cannot be waived by contract.

No refunds are provided for unused sessions, partial program completion, dissatisfaction with intuitive content, change of mind, or failure to attend a scheduled session.

If you end a multi-month program early, you remain responsible for charges already processed and any applicable early-cancellation fee (one additional monthly payment where stated). You may not demand return of amounts already paid, and you may not claim the full program price or remaining unpaid installments as a refund, credit, or damage award.

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in suspension of future bookings or community access while the dispute is reviewed.

8. Intellectual property

All website content, recordings, scripts, practices, branding, and materials provided by Jordana are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use them for your personal growth only.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, record, or publicly share session content, program materials, or community resources without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to harass, abuse, or threaten Jordana or other community members; not to use services for unlawful purposes; and not to attempt to disrupt the website or payment systems.

We may refuse or terminate service if these Terms are violated or if a booking or membership is not a good fit, without refund except where required by law.

10. Disclaimer

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jordana Rachelle (operating jordanarachelle.com) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, business, or opportunities, emotional distress, or reliance on intuitive or spiritual guidance, arising from or related to your use of our services.

You acknowledge that spiritual, intuitive, and personal-development services are subjective, that results vary, and that you assume responsibility for how you interpret and apply any guidance received.

For any claim relating to a specific purchase or program, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid to us for that purchase or program in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose—not the full advertised price, not the sum of remaining unpaid installments, and not the total value of a multi-month commitment if you stopped participating early.

If you leave a program early after paying any applicable early-cancellation fee, you agree that unpaid future installments are cancelled and do not create liability for either party beyond the fees described in these Terms, and you waive any claim seeking the return of past payments or payment of the full remaining program balance.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jordana Rachelle from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, failure to pay agreed fees, or infringement of another person's rights.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using this site, you also agree to our Privacy Policy at jordanarachelle.com/privacy.

14. International clients (Canada, United States & worldwide)

These Terms apply to all clients regardless of location. If you access services from outside Canada, you are responsible for compliance with local laws and for any taxes or duties that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Payments may be processed in USD or CAD. Currency conversion or bank fees charged by your financial institution are your responsibility.

15. Quebec & consumer rights

A French version of these Terms is available at jordanarachelle.com/terms (language toggle on site). For Quebec clients, you may request communications in French.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer-protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec) and similar legislation in other provinces, territories, or countries where you reside.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before formal proceedings, we ask that you contact insight@jordanarachelle.com so we can try to resolve concerns in good faith. Subject to mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction, you agree that the courts of Quebec, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved informally.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes to paid services will not apply retroactively to amounts already paid.
